Seller and Buyers meeting in Public Places
Official WYS Statement:
Advertising on WYS is no different that putting an ad in the local newspaper (except that it's WAY cheaper).
How a Seller & Buyer arrange to meet is completely up to them. WYS does NOT and never has arranged public meeting places for "completing a sale".
FYI for those meeting in public places:
To the best of my understanding....as long as you are meeting people to complete the sale of an advertised item you can do so without a license. Should you attempt to meet people in public and sell items that are not pre-arranged sales....you could possibly be fined for PEDDLING WITHOUT A LICENSE.
Keep in mind....if you meet people in public places, you may need permission to be on that property.
To ensure a smooth meeting....exchange cell numbers and the make/color of your vehicle.
